Olive Street Food Cafe

Determined to succeed, father started another restaurant, hoping that this time, he would be successful. But again, the venture didn't go as planned. This cycle of failures continued for several years, with the father starting multiple restaurants, but none of them were successful. Years later, with the strong support of their father, the elder son started a small 150 sq ft cool bar with the help of two younger brothers. The brothers traveled around India with a little money in their pockets to search for local street food tastes and managed to develop their own "secret recipes" that suit the taste buds of all types of people.

Lucknow Grilled Poratta

A culinary marvel hailing from the vibrant city of Lucknow, is a treat for the taste buds. To prepare this delightful dish, a dough is made using all-purpose flour, ghee, and a pinch of salt. After resting, the dough is divided into balls, rolled into thin discs, and brushed with ghee. These discs are then folded into semi-circles and rolled into triangles.

Cooking begins on a tawa until golden brown, and then the paratha is grilled over an open flame, lending it a delightful charred texture. Served hot, the Lucknow Grilled Paratha pairs perfectly with various curries and chutneys, leaving a lasting impression of its exquisite flavors and traditional heritage.

The Inspiring Journey of Olive Street Food Cafe

Years later, brothers decided to go ahead with their luxury-looking, pocket-friendly cafe dream. Their mother too stood with them from the beginning by making delicious home recipes for the cafe. Literally, at the beginning, each and every dish was prepared by the hands of mother. As a result of pure dedication and hard work, the brothers came a long way; a local food cafe that opened in 2013 with 150 sq ft is now
